Photos: Survivors & bodies of students who died in a fatal accident arrive Kano for burial - this is painful!

 

Bodies of 8 persons who lost their lives in an accident  along Lagos - Ibadan Express way while on a mission to represent Kano in the National Quiz Competition in Lagos has arrived Kano. The students and bodies were received at Kano International Airport by the State Governor, Dr.Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and other state officials. More photos after the cut...

Information available indicated that 3 students of Unity School Karaye and 3 from Kano Kapital as well as a driver and coordinator of competition lost their lives in the accident. A total of 8 persons lost their lives: 6 students and two officials while 5 students sustained some degree of injuries.
