The
father of a 10-year-old Muslim boy said he is “very angry” that his son
was investigated by police after writing that he lived in a “terrorist
house” during an English lesson at school. “He wrote it because he was trying to write ‘terraced house,’ and he misspelt it,” the child’s cousin told the BBC. The student’s father told the Telegraph
on Wednesday that the incident in Lancashire, England, on Dec. 7 was a
“joke” because “if a white kid had said it they would never have acted
in this way.”
